The Luun Hostel exceeded my expectations in every way. the check-in process was seamless, and my bunk bed with blackout curtains and personal amenities like a power source and light felt like a private retreat within the shared space. the staff were incredibly accommodating and even helped me with installing a local sim card. the herb tour I joined was a delightful surprise, offering a unique perspective on Colombia. the central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions like Plaza Simon Bolivar and the Botero Museum. the staff's friendliness and willingness to assist with any request made my stay even more enjoyable. I cannot recommend them enough for their outstanding service and genuine care for their guests. From translation services to arranging necessary calls, their support was indispensable during my unexpected stay in Bogotá. In conclusion, the Luun Hostel not only provides top-notch accommodation but also goes the extra mile to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for travelers. Whether you're looking to relax in the shared lounge, participate in a darts game, or simply explore the city with the help of their tour desk, this hostel is a hidden gem that I can't wait to revisit.
